Has anyone ever seen neighbors listed to any of their devices in Vera? All my devices show empty lists of neighbors since the first firmware up until the latest 488 one… Am I missing something?
I have never seen a neigbor on any of my devices.
I believe due to no neighbors configured, I keep loosing my few farthest from Vera devices… I do have dense network of devices in a relatively small area, but I don’t think the mesh feature of the network works - devices in the middle don’t seem to route signals. And those are not battery devices either…
Another interesting point - those disappearing devices are Leviton Vizia RF+ 5A non-relay incandescent switches. Anybody had any issues with those? I can’t use relay switches there, as I don’t have neutral lines in the sockets…
I never checked it before, but running 491, I do see neighbours listed for all, but the controllers. ;D

I found a situation which caused network neighbors to not be displayed sometimes. I committed a fix, so the next release should be fine.
Thanks. Does it mean there are neighbors registered by devices, but not shown on the web? And does it mean those “invisible” neighbors are used when sending packets to remote devices otherwise not reachable directly?
We just posted a new firmware, and >520 should fix the neighbor node issue. Under z-wave options there’s also a ‘heal network’ button. This can take a long time (hours in fact) while it rebuilds the whole network from scratch and rediscovers what nodes are where to rebuild routing. If you move a bunch of nodes around and your network isn’t operating well, try this before you go to bed. Then in the morning, look at the neighbor info for all the nodes, and confirm that each node has a recent ‘route last updated’.
