I have 4 of these cameras linked with Vera. I can view them real-time in Vera, but I don’t use Vera for recording or alarms. Instead I use a DVR application called Blue Iris that runs on a windows server. You will need to supply a power supply or use them with a POE switch.
Hey Bob how did you get them setup with vera? I have an IPCC-B10 http://www.ebay.com/itm/IPCC-B10-720P-P2P-Network-IP-Cloud-Camera-H-264-24leds-IR-Cut-Night-Vision-30m-/400579470613 which looks a lot like the ones you have posted but I have yet to figure out where it stores the snapshots as Vera is not detecting the camera.
Nothing in IPaddress\tmpfs, nothing in IPaddress\cgi-bin and although I can telnet into the camera I have not been able to find out the username/password and admin/admin and the 666666 or 888888 passwords listed eslewhere dont seem to work.

Yeah, thats where I am doing my ONVIF recording right now. Am still considering some kinda cheap NVR to allow the Synology to go back to being a NAS and allowing it to catch its breath. It used to spin its drives down before it started doing video recording 7x24

Hi Lloyd,
I used the instructions from this forum post (kudos to original poster):
i am following this topic and trying to get my cam to work with vera
i have Sunvision SV-B602 with Support ONVIF2.2
i followed the instructions and added the camera but i cant get the picture - it looks like url is wrong
from the manufacture page i found out that
Onvif port is 1018
RTSP://192.168.1.128:554/11
RTSP://192.168.1.128:554/12
i changed the port from 9988 to1018 but i cant get the picture from the camera
i used i spy and got one more adress: http://192.168.1.128:1018/onvif/device_service - used this as url but still no picture
is there any other way to add onvif camera to vera? i was under impression that onvif stands for universal standard and the only thing that would be different is possibly the port
thanks
Does the camera provide a url to retrieve a jpg image?
Garrett
that is a good question? is there any way to check that? any software?
Well using that URL you provided djmatek2 I was able to get some video out of my IPC-B10 camera so my ONVIF camera is using port 1018.
Can anyone advise how to add an ONVIF camera, I cant see any URL that provides JPG image.
can you advise what settings did you use?? maybe together we can come up with solution
it looks like cameras are using similar software
Ok I must stress I have no video from Veralite but with Mac OSX App called IPCameraViewer, using the fixed IP and selecting ONVIF with the port 1018, this is the first time I have seen any video on desktop as previously I had only been able to use the P2P mobile app.
Yes you are correct the Sumvision and the IPC-B10 are the same camera unit, look identical and have the same chipset so if it can be figured out how to setup in Vera then we will both be working.

i attempted to talk to the supplier of the camera and according to his info there is no url that can send snapshot
but on the other hand i doubt he knows what i am talking about…
so back to square 1
is there any tool that could check for the url? there is a software called ovvif confarmance test or tool but i was not able to get it/ install it
I hope rthat there is someone on the forum that can help - possible we need to create a new subject so more experience users can see what issue we are working with
great camera! 1.3MP bullet proof dome, great CCD performance.
it interfaces with Vera and also with my synology NAS.
you often see Mega pixel cams, but this one really has good electronics and very good nightvision, see examples on youtube
I would like to go HIKVISION, but I definitely want the 3MP - so the 2CD2132. Unfortunately Synology hasn’t added that model to their supported list…
I went 2CD2132, and am very happy with it. Very clear picture - I won’t go less than 3MP…
Hey djmatek2 have you made any progress on getting this camera to work with Vera?
