Following a firmware update of my Vera Plus on 9/30/2020, it was unable to connect to my Wifi AP (it had been successfully connecting for years, and up until immediately before the upgrade). After some unsuccessful fiddling, I performed a hard reset using the paperclip hole on the front of the unit.
Now I can NOT log into the Vera Plus. home.vera.com says it is offline, which matches the blinking Internet and Services lights on the unit. But it does not provide an IP address to the wired ethernet port, and although I can see the two “mios_xxxxxxxx” wifi networks, and i can NOT login using any combinations of no security or WPA/WPA2 Personal security, along with no password or the password on the bottom of the unit.
