I did a factory reset of Vera. Now I am not able to logon to Vera remotely. Also, when I try and enter my original myvera password and username locally through the setup → myvera.com, it does not let me press “activate”
That’s normal. Login through the local network and re-activate the findvera service. You have to activate it from the box. The findvera server is unaware of when you do a factory reset on the box. All the server knows is the box is no longer connecting.
