I have a similar issue but I do not think its the same… maybe it is.
I can access my Vera3 from the external web log in but when I try to connect directly to the home network ip at home it gets stuck in a loading screen and never finishes loading.

It would help if you told us the firmware version.

I also keep getting a message saying I don’t have my internet connection setup on the vera but I am remoted in threw the web from work…

Hmmm mine says it has latest but yours is higher then mine…?
After it stall press Ctrl- f5 together to clear cache. See if that resolved the issues.
If not try hitting refresh in your browser to see if this rectified the loading.
Lastly, unplug you Vera and then power up again. Wait for the lights to fire up and try again.
Their is new firmware for UI6 now before you jump in have a read of the forum as there is issues other than stated above with apps, 3rd party mobile apps and accounts are different

I have exactly the same problem.
Impossible to connect to my vera. even after reboot i have the message “Luup engine is taking longer to reload.” I try to reboot the vera but nothing to do.
If anyone have an idea.
Have you confirmed the IP address?
Do you have a Vera 3 or Vera Lite?
If you have a Vera 3, can you connect directly to one of its LAN port or via it wifi? If so, try using either local.mios.com or 192.168.81.1.
Have you tried connection through getvera.com?
A number of users have reported issues post upgrade and I would also suggest you submit a support ticket.

It appears to not like the XML for that device… I am wondering if removing it would resolve the issues. But of course this than remove some functionality that you previously had…

Otherwise, I think you have three options:
Raise a support ticket.
Factory reset and reload back up.
Downgrade, factory reset and reload back up.
I had this issue once, deleted it with the url method an immediately rebooted. That worked. You may want to try it, but I cannot say for sure it will work.

Where does one find the firmware image to downgrade. The new 1.6.xx firmware looks great but it’s got lots of problems and I need to downgrade.
