Moved from UI5 to UI7 ... What is 'new' that I might use now?

I’m curious to what people re using now with UI7 + Vera Alerts, that wasnt possible in UI5?

You answered your own question.

The only reason might be to make use of new Gen5 devices, otherwise UI5 unlike UI7 is perfectly usable.

My intent was to see people are doing, new with UI7, WITH Vera Alerts… for instance, House Modes and how they are using them… or maybe are not because of bugs/issues.
