how did you re-set up everything? did you remove and re-add all nodes? maybe these switches weren’t removed or added properly. I would go to the one nearest to Vera or a working powered node (to eliminate possible out-of-range issues), reset it (in case it’s hanging) by cutting power to it (via the circuit breaker or by disconnecting the wires), then reconnect. Then try doing a “configure node right now”, if this doesn’t work, try removing the node and adding it again.
I doubt this will help. It will probably make it worse.
