Mios server cloud issues

Mios is not reporting configured devices and no dashboard. My controller is showing up

Is this issue related to your Ezlo Plus controller ending in 231?

Upon checking our system, we found that this controller currently does not have any devices paired, and after reviewing the available backups on our servers associated with its serial number, we were only able to locate backups dated after March 15th — none of which contain any paired devices.

If you are referring to your other controller, could you please clarify which one you are using, and also let us know whether you are accessing it through the MiOS app for Android or iOS?

This will help us further investigate and provide more accurate assistance.
