Mios Account Problem??

I’m having trouble getting Authomation (or any other app) to connect to my Vera Lite remotely. I can manually enter connection information and get the Authomation to connect locally. When I got to https://cp.mios.com and login to my account I get a message that says “I didn’t detect a unit on your home network. If you have a new unit, please connect it as shown and when the
Z-Wave light is on solid click ‘Continue’ and I’ll try to find it.”
. Clicking the “Continue” button does nothing.

I can access the Vera Lite remotely by logging in to http://home.getvera.com but I have no luck connecting remotely via an app. Any ideas?

Well first you need to tell us what vera firmware you are on. I suspect you are on UI6 (1.6.xxx)? If that is the case you’ll need to use a firmware that supports UI6 MMS authentication. If you are using my app from the play store, you’ll need to use the beta version.
