This is the greatest community I have ever seen, and in my opinion you products would be straight out unusable/trashworthy without it. So why do you refuse so persistently to be part of this? Though I wouldn’t use as many caps in my post title , I find the current silence from MCV rather worrying. No news on the long overdue firmware version (or even a public beta), and I’ve an open ticket which has gone quiet for over a month after the initial exchange of emails.
Thinking about the level of information/reaction/support MCV is providing at the moment, I should have even used the f-word in the post title. It seems nobody from MCV is reading this anyway.
Using the f-word in the title or even a post could get you in some heat. MCV has made it clear that they are not using the forum for issue tracking and feature request. With the announcement of the new hardware, and new OEM deals with some major corporations. I bet they are spending a lot of their time working on those deals. They have also been pretty quiet on the beta side as well. We did receive a private beta back in late November.

I did not use it, I just said MCV would have earned it. And, lol, what heat?! It is just automatically replaced when used...

I know. That is why I also contacted them by eMail and support hotline. I also posted all the bugs an request I have on bugs.mios.com. But the ignore this just as everything else. So it is not my fault, I am trying to use all channels available. What else am I supposed to do? Ideas are welcome!

They did still not officially announce this on the web. Some users (like me) collected this information at CES and posted it in this forum.

This is just a guess and no information. I want official information from MCV, I can guess myself. I don't care just the tiniest bit about big OEM deals, I am a customer and developper too! I have sold close to 10 vera's, released some plugins and helped a lot on this forum. I think this should be enough that I earned to get at least a little information from MCV. I am not asking for something big or expensive, just a little update on what is going on and what we can expect from 2013.
