Merten Argus 220 Connect (mnt 509201) sensor

Hi,
i bought this sensor, but unfortunately, Vera does not recognize it as such. Has anyone had experience with this device?

It 's the second product Merten gives me problems even though both are marked Zwave(!) .

Thank you for your attention

Yes, I bought and installed last week

Hello LeonNabuurs, it would be useful if you could explain how you managed to make Vera recognize the Argus 220 Connect .

Thank you.

Hi,

My preconditions:

  • vera2 with 1.1.2345
  • zwave 3.2

What I remember:

  • turn the setting of Argus to B (to connect, according to the manual)
  • needed a few tries with the normal inclusion procedure initiated from the dashboard
  • and than it was detected

It was a bit surprising, but it gave 2 motion sensors and 3 application modules. No problem with that.

From this point on I can tune the Argus day by day.

Do not hesitate to drop your questions to me.

Similar behaviour on other Merten Z-wave devices.

Hi all,

I am Mathieu, I am french. Sorry by advance for my English. I hope you will understand I want to say. I have installed 6 Argus motion sensors the last week. The normal inclusion works perfectly. When all the inclusions were done, I put the Argus settings to A (operating mode). But now I have to switch on the light on the dashboard if I want light. Even if I walk in front of the motion sensors, they do not detect my presence ! Is it normal ? Do we have to set parameters of the motion sensors on the dashboard if we want to let it working alone ?

Hi,
has anyone experience with the argus 220 and UI7?

I included it and have the 5 devices as already mentioned. When I manually switch on the device and switch off again the motion sensor does not work anymore. Any suggention how I can enable it?

Thanks.
