Manual Refresh Mode - overriding autopolling from iCloud

Is anybody using this? I would like to use PLEG to trigger refreshes. In the documentation, it says that such an option is available. However, I can’t find the option to turn manual fresh on. I am running UI7.

AFIK, as described in the Settings, under the Polling tab; By setting the polling interval to 0 you disable automated polling.Then have PLEG trigger the “Refresh” action (i.e. the refresh button in the “Action” page for the condition you have defined.)
