I cannot remote access my Lynx 5100 by telephone. It sends all alarms and arm and disarm codes fine so I know the phone line is connected and working. I find only one line in the setup that refers to Remote Access and I have it set to YES. I need to be able to access my alarm panel to turn it on and off remotely. Suggestions?
