LUUP restarts every morning around 9:00am
Sounds like confusion between reboot and LUAUPnp restart.
If you want to find the time of the LAST Reboot … see the date of the file:
/etc/cmh/last_reboot

If you want to see how often and why Vera is restarting … see the contents of the file: /var/log.LuaUPnP
A signal 6 is caused when the user or software requests Vera to restart … this is a NORMAL restart.

You of course will need to be able to SSH Login to your Vera using something like putty.
Thanks Richard… i’m actually not confused (for once  ), and do mean the LUUP restart (as it’s tagged in the system+monitor plugin, not a reboot.

It seems to be restarting vera 2 out of 3 (or so ) days, always around 9am. while I haven’t noticed any system issues, i’m not the one restarting it, so I was curious if (and why) a plugin was possibly doing it, since it’s a new occurrence.

Vera tech support looked at the logs, and said that while the plugin is notifying me of a restart, vera is in fact NOT restarting.

Attached is his mail… maybe i’m misreading it.?

The time that system monitor detects a restart is after Vera has already restarted …
So you would have to look at the log for the few minutes before this to see what happened …
