Lost door sensor

occasionally has. 2:03 pm 2 door sensor which are armed for my alarm is lost and thus were in error and make me sound my alarm how to scan it to another hour or à soluce for this matter

the alarm rang again tonight I would have at least changed the time of scanning devices that is home to 2:00 am

what do you mean they are “lost”? in the UI? Which Vara are you using and what type of sensors are they?

It s sp103 and they are on red on Ui Vera and the poll are on good and my alarm paniq

if I understand correctly, you are saying that the sensors are showing red icon (tripped) but actually they are not tripped. So looks like the Vera reading is not accurate. The common issues:

  1. how far is your Vera from the sensors? the closer it is the better.
  2. if it’s relatively far, make sure you have z-wave nodes capable of “repeating” to reroute the signal. The more the better
  3. make sure you do not have interference from old cordless phones or baby monitors that use ~900MHz frequency
