Lost connection to kwikset door lock

Hello all. I have a house about 300 miles from me and installed Kwikset door locks on the main house and on the garage. It was going fine but the last few days the garage lock has lost connection and I can not access it in anyway. Is there a way I can remedy this remotely since I’m not there?

BTW… it’s stuck there with the message “Please Wait! Getting secure classes.”

I would try rebooting the controller. If that does not fix the problem, call Vera and see if they can get it working again.
