Just wanted to contribute and let you know that Loftek Nexus 543 Wifi IP outdoor cam works under vera UI5
When you can view your cam through your browser normally and is setup on your network use the steps below.
Steps to Setup:
Devices > Add Device
I want to add an IP camera
Manually Add
At the bottom type in the box marked "Or, if your camera is not on the list, paste the URL which returns a JPG file in the box below: "
put in your ip of where you camera is at - example “192.168.148.22”

What type of camera is it?: Generic IP Camera
Or, if your camera is not on the list, paste the URL which returns a JPG file in the box below: “snapshot.cgi”
username: default: admin
password: default: 123456

Should see your picture at this point if not your messed up 
If you see your picture click add and your done
