Light control with Fibaro FGMS-001

Hello everybody
My first post so bear with me.

I have a Vera3 and FGMS-001 sensors throughout the house.
Most are set in Scenes to switch on lights when detecting motion and switch off after 3 minutes when motion stops and that works but once on and even when there’s continuing motion the lights go off. After a short while they come back on but it’s annoying to wait in the dark.
I’ve tried various settings on the sensors but to no avail.

Can anyone suggest how to fix this ?

So by trial and error I think I’ve found the settings:

  1. MOTION Sensor’s SENSITIVITY=8 2. MOTION Sensor’s BLIND TIME (INSENSITIVITY)=12 6. MOTION ALARM CANCELLATION DELAY=5

If anyone has better settings please let me know.

I have the same issue with other motion sensors. I believe the solution is to adjust the time the sensor waits from it detects no motion until it reports no motion.

I finally figured out how to do it :slight_smile: I found an advanced user manual for the device and found out which parameter to change and then I changed it using this guide: http://www.vesternet.com/resources/application-notes/apnt-102.

Additional info: Don’t know if it’ll work for others, I have searched for a solution for days, but only when I wrote this cry for help I found the solution rather quickly afterwards! Strange?
