Leviton VRCPG-SG as primary, Vera2 as secondary controller?

I had Vera 1 (UI 2) running as a secondary controller with the Leviton VRCPG as the primary, but am experiencing some trouble getting Vera2 (UI4) to do the same thing. I tried the advanced tab and clicked
Copy z-wave network from a master controller.

Then I told the Leviton device to send the info, and its screen indicated that it was trying to send out the link

After multiple attempts, VERA2 just timed out, never being able to make the link.

Has anyone else been able to make this work?

I have had this working in the past. All I did was learn the Vera in as a controller on the VRCPG. It’s been a long time since I have had this setup however.

Yes, that was the approach that finally worked for me. Vera was added as a controller, just like a 4 button button controller, and then I “updated the controller”. This was a change from the past user interface.

How did you add vera 2 as a secondary controller. I am not having any luck with this. I don’t know what to do to vera to make is send a signal to the VRCPG. Pushing the zwave button hasn’t proved successful. Can you help me with this> ???
