Leviton VPS15-1LX not a Z-wave switch?

I think I might have made a stupid rookie mistake. I bought a couple of switches (Leviton VPS15-1LX) on eBay thinking I was getting a great deal. After I looked at the instructions and didn’t find a way to include/pair the device I started looking around a bit more and it appears that it isn’t even a Z-wave switch. Can anyone confirm this? I think I’ve wasted about 2 hours trying to get this thing to work.

The VP devices are non-Z-Wave. They are made to match the VR line for the loads that you do not want Z-Wave control of.

This actually brings up a good point (at least for me). I need to buy some matching Vizia + switches for things like bathroom fans and the switched outlets. What is the most affordable (matching) Vizia switch available? If you check the site there are so many to choose from.

@mbairhead … if you mean Vizia RF + then it is the Vizia RF + VRS15-1LZ Switch (Z-Wave), 15A which is not cheap. If you want just a Leviton non RF switch to match the look then and Leviton Decora switch will work … this one is cheap @ 3 bucks.
