When I first setup the Kwikset lock on the Vera, I didn’t set the parameter:
“Keep a copy of my PIN codes so that I can view them later”
Therefore I have some PIN on the lock, without any reference on Vera.
Question: how do I delete a PIN on the lock when there is no reference on Vera ?
How to make sure that an old PIN is not still alive?

Hi -
Curious what version of the Vera firmware are you using?
From my experience with Vera and the Schlage lock, when I didn’t check the box “keep a copy” in the Vera UI it listed the existence of a pin but not the actual pin that could be entered. For example, if you entered 1234 as the PIN, the UI tab would list #1 Code 1 (). With the “Keep a copy of my PIN codes so that I can view them later” tab checked the UI would look like #1 Code 1 (1234)
