I just want to say and give many thanks for the support team that answers calls 7 days a week. The support team has always picked up the phone when I call (within operating hours) and has been able to use tools I don’t have access to identify the problem. They stay on the phone until a resolution is found or they call me back in a short amount of time. While resolutions aren’t always what i hoped for, they do work out in the end.
I always end up asking them about the items we commonly look for from the development team and they politely tell me any informational updates they can, but also let me know they only relay the updates that developers provide.
Oh and here is another tidbit I found recently that never really new was there… a hidden gem that you can garner a ton of information from: Ezlo API Tool and if the IOS and Android OS aren’t doing the job if you are slightly technical this can do a lot (just be careful)! I don’t plan to be a developer but this is one easy to use API tool.
