Kegbot - Anyone have one?

I am posting in General to hopefully hit a broader set of eyes. If anyone has a Kegbot and Vera, I am very interested in getting some beta testers. The main post about this can be found here: http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,27793.0.html

Please let me know if you’d be interested in having this integration. The app works really well for me, but I’d like to get some people to test prior to releasing it to the wild!

It’ll be interesting to see if anyone here is using this niche product. I’m interested in your use. Do you use Kegbot for some commercial application or…?

I like beer… And so I use it at home! I have a dual tap kegerator in my house.

I too have a dual-tap kegerator, and am interested in monitoring temperature and pressure with Vera, but $130 per tap?

I am NOT hanging a tablet on my kegerator to give it an interface…

Go build your own then! It is an open source project. They have monetized it, but when you boil it down, it is a rather small amount of overhead when you consider the cost of the flow meter and the rest. Also, it can’t measure pressure BTW - it is measuring volume poured and estimated left.

If you attempted to put the tablet out there in a classy fashion, you may not have such an issue with the tablet hanging off the keg. If you really took issue with it, you don’t have to have a tablet shown to interface with my plugin.
