I have read a little of the 145 page thread and I’m finding it hard to determine what is old info Vs. current info. Could someone who has an Echo successfully integrated to their Vera post up what the current state of things are and the steps necessary to integrate the device.

Vera now has a native function to do this. You will need to update your firmware and follow this thread:

From what I can see … folks that have a HA bridge to use an Echo earlier have had some problems.

A recent update that just upgraded from UI5, and no previous Echo connection, upgraded just fine.

There might be some issues using the new firmware and the HA bridge … since Echo may see your Vera’s devices from two different sources.
