Jooan JA-703ERA-P camera http jpeg link?

Hi,

I just purchased one of these JA-703ERA-P cameras off amazon.ca for $60 cdn. Very good deal for what appears to be a good camera. I must say the manual and any other documentation on this camera is terrible, most likely because of the Chinese to English translation… Anyway, there is no documentation that would tell me what the http:// command I can use to display a snapshot JPEG picture file would be so that I could add it to Vera and have at least snapshots available on the controller. Has anyone been able to figure this out? I can use their tool they have to configure and see the cameras, but can’t seem to find out if the camera has an accessible .jpg file snapshot that’s refreshed.

Thanks

Jeff

Check this out: Connecting to IP Cameras This is the best database I know of for camera info.

Most inexpensive Chinese cameras don’t provide the info you’re looking for—they want you to use their camera viewer software. :frowning:

That was my experience with my cameras. I eventually when with Blue Iris to control the cameras.
