Is Vera's clock accurate?

I have a vera2 in HI with UI5. From the set up/ location, I set my timezone to Honolulu and choose a nearby city. I have an “occupied” scene which runs by a schedule that I enter with each guest’s arrival and departure dates/time. I was at my home working on a vera wifi problem and my “occupied” scene triggered 3 hrs in advance of when it was scheduled?
When I check my Schlage deadbolt lock pins, I now find that my restriction times are off by 3 hrs.
My home is on the West coast 3 hrs away. The occupied scene was set to run at 3PM and ran at what would have been 3 PM on the West coast. Most of my guests are scheduled to check in at 16:00 so I activate their door lock pins at 15:00. However, when I look at the restricted pins, I find now that they are all set to activate at 18:00 not 15:00 where I set them! Likewise, I set all of my restrictions to end at 11:00 and now they all are set to end at 14:00!
Can anyone explain what is going on?
Thanks

It looks like problems with inaccurate dates and times have been known for some time. I think that this is a critical issue and that MCV should notify all affected users. Many of us have critical scenes such as mine that activate or inactivate lock pins that depend upon this function. MCV please fix this ASAP!
Short of uninstalling UI5 is there any other work around until they do fix it? I tried picking a timezone that is 3 hr later than where my home is located (UTC -11) but that doesn’t seem to be possible. The timezone that is 3 zones west of UTC -11 is UTC +11, which has tomorrow’s date!
Help!

AFAIK there are no issues with the timezone. Can you enable Tech Support and send me a PM or an e-mail so I can check what’s the issue?
