Is the Reactor Ramp command functional?

When I invoke the StartRampToLevel device action, newLoadLevelTarget = 60 and newRampTime = 1800, I get error message “400 Bad Request undefined.” I don’t know how to get the Ramp action to work.

That means it’s not supported/implemented by the device.
