I’ve tried to open a ticket a couple of times now… with no response. The first time I opened access to my Vera was last week. I tried again today. Support tickets aren’t being shown on the Tech Support page.
What do I need to do to get someone to look into my issue?

Agreed–that’s why I shared it. I’ve gone through it twice, and no ticket appears. Trying again now.

I was finally able to get a ticket to “stick” on Friday. Today, I went over there & it was still open; access mode still enabled. I tried to add comments to the ticket, and received an error message. I reloaded the page, and the ticket has vanished.
Awesome.
Here’s the text I was trying to add (I habitually copy & paste before submitting into unreliable forms):
OK--now that I'm sure the ticket is open, I can add some details. I also left a voicemail............
I just played with this again. There is an ON scene and an OFF scene. The scene controller I want to use is a Monster (Leviton RF) 4-button scene controller. The OFF scene currently works as configured–either when I push button 1 OFF or button 2 ON. I would prefer if the same button triggered the ON and OFF scenes. I’m trying to get the top button to turn on the scene… it successfully runs the OFF scene!! I have done this before in other properties with no problem.
I can run both the ON scene and the OFF scene successfully from the GUI. When I press the button on the scene controller, the “Last Run” date on the scene’s trigger screen for that button updates–but it doesn’t run the scene!! As I test, I also tried to configure another 4-button scene controller (Vizia RF+), and I can’t run the ON scene from that one, either.
This is strange. The scene controller consistently runs the OFF scene. I just need it to run the ON scene. I replaced a 3-way switch with this scene controller and it is the only way I have to control those loads from the first floor. Please help me with this.
What does it show under triggers for the On and Off scene?
I think you have a trigger for the On button in the Off scene.
I wish it were that easy. See screen shots below. You can see that the On scene was triggered by button #1 ON this morning–and it didn’t work. You can also see that the Off scene was triggered by button #2 ON this morning–which DID work. Also in the Off scene, you can also see that button #1 OFF has never been triggered… but that works every time to shut off the scene, too (after I turn it ON from the GUI).
I just thought to switch the scenes, button off to turn on, button on to turn off… but I’m at the airport now, and I have no reason to believe that will work anyway.
While this looks correct, it doesn’t really tell the story. Your screen shots show the trigger labels not the actual scene(button) number that is being called under that label. It is the Leviton scene(button) number that is critical.
I think you know what you are doing. I’m just saying to double check your work, typos happen and like to @#$% with your mind. It really sounds like you have the wrong button number or the wrong activated/deactivated option selected in your trigger.
I see what you mean. I usually label my triggers “button # on/off,” but even that doesn’t assure it’s correct. I just put my laptop away & I’m on Tapatalk, otherwise I’d check. I’ve done this a lot, but anything’s possible. You would think if I had something wrong, SOMETHING would turn on the lights. Both off triggers work.
I’ll have a look in a few hours & post the screen shots you’re referring to. I’d love to find out it’s something simple.
Well… it would have been nice if I had just chosen the wrong device or button, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. The first image is the scene ON trigger, which doesn’t work, and the second image is one of two OFF triggers, both of which work.
I would try performing a “Configure node right now” from the settings tab on the Leviton scene controller and then power cycling the Leviton controller to “reboot” it.
The next step would be to look at the log http://vera_ip/cgi-bin/cmh/log.sh?Device=LuaUPnP for an On press and an Off press.
I’ve configured a few times (once this morning) and rebooted with the breaker more than once, so I’ll start capturing logs. That won’t happen until later in the week, though.
