IOS app Device states not updating or showing up

I upgraded from a Vea Edge to an ezlo Plus. the unit is connected to ethernet and located in the center of my house ( same location the Edge was) when I use the app a few devices will show they are on in the app, but the physical device is off. I have scenes to shut thing off 5 min after the turn on which dont work half the time. I have smart start devices which fail or stick in pending. when I delete a device it does not actually delete.

We are checking this issue now.
Can you add please the full list of devices, especially devices with smart start?
