Ok i installed 4 Intermatic CA600 dimming switches and one CA5100 switch about 1.5 months ago and a CA600 and a CA5100 are dead. Two dead out of 5 in two months is pretty bad. Is anyone else seeing short life from these devices?

I’ve had 6 intermatic dimmers installed maybe 3 months ago , they’re still alive.

I’ve had 2 lamp modules from them die in 1-2 years time. A third one works via z-wave control when it wants to. About half the time, I have to press the button on the module to shut the lamp off.
