Good Afternoon,
I am attempting to setup my Q-See QT4760 DVR (not looking to integrate the DVR/Cameras at this time) and am encountering problems with network setup on the DVR. I have an ethernet cable run from the DVR to Vera but I am unable to gain external access via the internet to the DVR. The DVR instructions state that it should pickup internet access via the wireless router by means of UPnP. It’s almost as if Vera is refusing to give internet access to the DVR. I have checked for new devices by allowing Vera to scan, wait 10 mins, and all I see is a WFA device to add. Any suggestions, tips, or tricks? Thanks in advance.
