when ever i try to read the panel config button if gives me an error incorrect installer code mesage but i know for sure i entered the right code into the system does anyone know a fix for this?
Ok so I have everything working now but the chimes on my alarm panel stopped working and so did the annunciation which my wife likes, I disconnected the envisalink and the alarm system works fine it only happens when I plug in the envisalink. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
