ImperiHome - account validation not working

It is not possible to access Imperihome account management.

I can’t validate my user on the Android APP.

Through the PC the link is not available.

As a result Netatmo modules do not work, they are not available.

When you install the application on Android you can not validate the user and pass in the cloud of Imperihome. You also do not have access to backups.

Can you confirm this problem?

Hi,

Just looked and all seems working well. I did notice about two days ago the modules did not appear. Might be what you see. I did unplug and reattached the main module yesterday to move it in the house, so you can always try that.
