I lost permission on my desktop

I am sorry if this is getting posted twice. I lost permission to do anything while on my desktop in the Vera Edge program. I am fine on my iPad and iPhone.
How do I fix this on my desktop computer. Running Windows 10 using Vera Edge. Thank you

Did you happen to go into the settings of the app and enable “Secure my Vera”? This will disable the user interface on a desktop computer, unless you login through home.getvera.com . Try logging in through the mentioned URL and let me know of this works. If it still doesn’t work I advise logging a ticket with our Customer Care team at support@getvera.com or by pressing the Need Help? button up top.

Oscar from Vera helped me out. It was really simple. I just had to make my desktop the Admin again. Thank you
