Not sure who runs it but its domain is owned by Bangbouh, LLC and registered through GoDaddy. Still checking to find more if possible.

Dan suggested the Internet Archive Wayback Machine. An older version of the site references them.

Site’s IP points right back at a sub-domain of smarthomeusa.com.
