How to exclude Honeywell TH8320ZW

I have migrated over from a SmartThings hub. The hub itself is no longer available, so I can’t set it up and delete devices from it directly. For the most part, I’ve been able to use the Vera3’s exclusion capability for my light switches (GE Jasco). However, I cannot get the Honeywell thermostat to join the Vera3 network. I think this is because it still ‘belongs’ to the SmartThings network.

I have a second, new Honeywell thermostat (same model) that paired just fine since it was not part of the previous network.

How can I forcibly exclude the first thermostat from the SmartThings network so I can add it to my Vera3 network?
