Since UI7, I cannot use any app, including the official app, to work outside of my own wifi. Even if I login through getvera.com (which lets me in) at another house on a PC and then try and access mios through that, it still won’t work.
It seems like I cannot get anything that goes through getvera.com to work (as if it isn’t redirecting anything correctly unless I login to getvera.com using my own PC hard wired through my router).
Any ideas? Do the passwords and logins need to match? I can’t even figure out how to manually change the getvera.com password!!!
