To view error logs on your Ezlo Plus controller, direct access to logs isn’t available. However, you can gather diagnostics and log information through the official support channels and interfaces. Here’s how:

If you’re experiencing issues and need support or want someone to view your logs:

  1. Open the MiOS mobile app.
  2. Go to **“More” → “Help”.
  3. Tap “Enable Support Access”.
  4. Copy the controller serial number (starts with 900 or 920) and share it with support.

This gives Ezlo engineers access to download internal logs and assist you.

You can request log files by:

  • Contacting Ezlo Support at support@ezlo.com
  • Mention your serial number, problem description, and request that logs be pulled.

We’ll then review the logs and get back to you with findings or next steps.

Thanks! I see the serial number and will send that to support. A related question-I don’t have “Enable Support Access”, I only have my controller listed with a On/Off slider. I don’t see a version number anywhere, or any way to check for software updates. Does the app automatically update?

Could you please confirm whether you’re using the Vera app or the MiOS app?

Our developers are currently working on a new user interface that will allow you to enable, disable, and manage updates manually. In the meantime, please note that the mobile app is automatically updated through your phone’s app store.
