How do I add GE In-Wall Smart Dimmer?

I installed the dimmer switch but I don’t see it listed in devices. The model number on the box is ZW3004. The only In-Wall Smart Dimmer listed is a rocker but this is a toggle. It is supposed to be compatible with Vera.
