How can I change the zwave frequency EU to US

I have several devices from EU and US. I need to control these devices with european vera lite. It does not matter using them at the same time/simultaneously. And I don’t care the legal issues, because home automation is my final project and I need to control these devices in any case.

If I had to guess, the easiest, least expensive solution would be to get your hands on a US/NA Vera and run them bridged. I’ve considered that as there are some interesting ZWave devices for the EU-frequency market that are not currently available in the NA-frequency market.

I’m guessing but I suspect changing individual devices would be expensive, difficult or both.

You’ll need two different Vera’s one EU frequency and one US frequency to control the devices. One Vera unit will not be able to control both.

Does ‘US zwave usb dongle’ solve my problem?

If the controller supports it possibly. But it won’t work in Vera that way

OK then, does Vera Lite support this feature?
Does ‘US zwave usb dongle’ solve my problem?
No. A U.S. Z-Wave dongle on a EU Vera will make it U.S. frequency, but the EU dongle will be inaccessible from Vera, so it will be U.S. only or E.U only.

As @garrettwp stated previously, one Vera cannot do both frequencies(two Z-Wave dongles) at the same time. To do both Z-Wave frequencies, you will need two Veras and two Z-Wave networks.
