Homewave crashes adding Nest thermostat

I just “upgraded” to the Vera Edge (UI6). After a bit was able to get the system running. Added the Mios nest Device for controlling my 2 nest thermostats. Works well from within the Vera web page on my home computer.

The moment I try to add the nest thermostat to Homewave (ver 1.99), the homewave app just crashes. Tried deleting homewave and reinstalling, then bringing back a backup, same problem. Sent debug info to tech support but I wonder if it captured problems before crashing.

Does anyone else have this combination (Vera Edge / Nest) and have it working?

Sorry, that’s a known bug, and I haven’t released the fix yet (I have been really busy with other stuff, but as of July I have lots of time for the app again).

I hope to send the next version with the fix to Apple for approval next week, but in the mean time, if you send me your email address by PM, I can add you to the beta test.

Just an update: Homewave 2.03 beta working great on my Vera Edge with Nest thermostat. All other functions work perfectly as well.
