Hey Micasaverde- can't submit trouble tickets! ERROR:Wrong response from server:

Thought I’d better start a new thread as this is the 3rd time I’ve tried to submit a tech support request and keep getting the now infamous:
ERROR:Wrong response from server: message.

This makes me think that these trouble reports aren’t getting through. I’ve been noticing a number of comments on the threads about this message as well.

Anyone else??

the issue I’m having is the I have a scene setup to turn lights on when a v pin is entered to unlock door the light stays on 5 mins then returns to prior state. I just can not get it to work. Matter of fact I can not get a lot of the events to to work Door Open/Door Close, A Pin is entered, Bad pin entered.
