Fry’s Stores have them, if there is one near you.
Radio Shack did at one time … but it’s been a long time since I have been in their store (Why would I, we have a Fry’s!)
What brand of switches? You can buy certain brands at retail stores online websites in the USA. Usually just search for “z wave”

There are also other home automation websites that don’t have large retail stores.
And then there are the usual places that you can find almost anything.
