Help with Setup

Hi All,

I got my Vera 2 today from MiCasaVerde however I’m having difficulty setting it up. I’ve plugged it in to my router per the instructions; the only light that comes on and stays on is the power light. I am unable to access the unit either by IP address or findvera.com. I logged in to my router and it does not seem to be picking up an IP address.

Any help would be appreciated as I’ve been at this for several hours now and getting very frustrated with it.

Is DHCP activated?
Have you restarted your router?
Maybe the Vera needs a few minutes to start up and get an ip…

Just got tech support on the phone and they told me I have a DOA unit so it needs to go back now.
