My batter levels dropped to 1%. I replaced the 9 Volt as well as the three AA batteries. I am getting email and SMS alerts on door lock being opened and closed (entry/exit), but none of the PIN codes work. Not the two that came w/ the lock, not any of the PIN codes I’ve been using for over the past year, and not a new test code entered via Vera (CMD sent OK) web site.
I’m stumped.
