As of this morning HB will will no longer access either locally or remotely … I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still give me the same error “Data exception …”. Whats up???
Try the following URLs, see if either one works – do not forget to replace
username, password, and serial with the correct values:
https://fwd1.mios.com////data_request?output_format=json&id=user_data
https://fwd2.mios.com////data_request?output_format=json&id=user_data
If neither works, then it’s a problem on MCVs side.
Another user reported a similar issue and changing his Vera password fixed it. Please keep us posted on your findings. Thanks.
As of today it magically works … so goes life with Vera.
