Help finding correct application fan controller?

Hi guys, quick question

I currently have a lot of these lutron maestros around my house to control my ceiling fan/light kits from a single gang box. There is a companion RF box that goes in the fan escutcheon to give you the independent on/off/dim control.

Is there anything z-wave that is comparable to this? I am really trying to avoid doing additional cable drops.

Your only option is to go insteon and use the fanlincs. The only zwave options only control just the fan, there are no zwave options that control both in a single gang solution.
