I have searched for the answer to this, but have been unable to find.
I have a new insteon 2413B and have hooked it to the Vera 3 via usb.
Gone to Mios, asked to “enable Insteon” always get “received empty response”
have done a reset of the insteon, the vera…put insteon in setup mode…same thing
Can anyone help?
A potentially unrelated issue…I get a message sometimes that says "server says HomeControl, then asks me for a username and password. My mios password does not work…any ideas?
