This scene controller works well but keeps reporting offline and later online. Is there a setting (wakeup interval, polling?) that addresses this problem?

The device battery is showing 91%. The device is not very old. It’s probably 10 feet away - a floor above the controller. The poll settings is zero, the wakeup interval is 3600.
Here are notifications I’ve received over the past few days. The online notifications occurring around 22:00 happen when I use the scene controller around that time to turn on outdoor lights when I take the dog out.
