Handheld Remote Devices (Secondary Controllers)

I bought Aeon labs remotes but they either didn’t work, or eventually screwed up the scene associations.

I simply want a physical device that will trigger scenes on my Vera that is like a remote control. Any help on what’s good? The Aeon labs ones would have been perfect if they worked.
